Greetings,
Today's AOL NEWS features an article on the possibility of the US invading Iran, long predicted by independent news analysts. Are we being pre-conditioned for an impending war, to be preceeded by another "terrorist attack" on American soil?
With the US bogged down in a Vietnam-type war in Iraq, it would seem impossible to even consider such a move at this time. Instituting democracy with the up-coming elections will not in itself provide the country with the stability it needs, which will require an ongoing US presence.
The fact that there is no good reason to invade Iran would certainly not stop the present administration, as they previously demonstrated with their bogus Iraq invasion excuses.
What would make an Iran invasion justifiable, while winning the much needed support of the American people and reinstitue the unpoplular draft - all at the same time? How about another 9/11? One where we would blame al-Qaida (as before) - but now claim they were being given support by Iran (hence, a necessary invasion of Iran)?
Those of you who have pursued the truth about 9/11 know all too well that this possibility is very real. When and where such an event might take place is purely speculative, but previous rumors have specified Houston, Texas, as a possible target city.
We live in very dangerous and uncertain times. While we are pretty much powerless to effect any real changes (though we are instructed in the Bible to pray for our leaders), we need to be prepared mentally and emotionally for what may very well happen. We need to do that for the protection of our children and grandchildren. They are the ones who will be sacrificing their lives in the ensuing draft that Congress would certainly ratify, as it blindly did with the so-called Patriot Act. This would all be done under the guise of "protecting us from terrorism".
Check out the AOL story below. And be sure to read up on the DRAFT, 9/11 and the IRAQ and IRAN WAR links listed on our home page.
